Mmmm...marshmallows!

Busy day! The sun was finally out which motivated me to finish up a couple of projects and get the rest of my errands run for the week. While Punkin and I were out and about today I came across some Jumbo Bunny Mallows and immediately found myself thinking how delicious they would be dipped in chocolate. Oddly enough the marshmallows AND some chocolate found their way into my shopping cart.

When we got home we made some cute little Bunny Mallow lollipops. 

Here is how we did it....

Pour sprinkles into a bowl for dipping.

Push lollipop sticks into each marshmallow.

Dip each "lollipop" into chocolate (I used Wilton's Candy Melts), then roll in sprinkles.

Allow to set up on wax paper for 15 minutes and ENJOY!

I only did the ears since I didn't have much time to devote to this project. Still pretty cute, and yummy if I do say so myself!!
